Monthly Billing
ReplyStars sells paid monthly plans. Your first charge is made when you choose a plan and complete secure Stripe checkout. We do not offer a free trial.
Cancellation
You can cancel from Settings before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; you normally keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise or ReplyStars made a billing error. If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact us and we will review it.
Account Closure
You can close your account at any time through Settings or by emailing support@replystars.com. After account closure your data is retained for thirty (30) days so you can reactivate without data loss, and is permanently deleted after that window.
